Your Well-Being is Important to Us –

As the health and well-being of our guests and Members of our front-of-house staff
remains our top priority, and we have implemented the following safety measures on
property:

• Download “TraceTogether” app, and keep it on at all times
• Scan for SafeEntry via scanner located in hotel upon entry & every re-entry. You may use your TT token / IC / WP / TT app ID to scan. 
• Do a facial recognition scan at every entrance and exit. This system will capture & record your body temperature. Your temperature record is necessary with every entry & exit.
• Any individual, having a body temperature of more than 37.5 degree will not be allowed access. And you are advised to visit the nearest clinic immediately.
• Face masks are mandatory and must be worn in the hotel’s public areas
• Heightened frequency of disinfecting high touch points such as guest lifts and buttons, door handles, staircase handrails, and public restrooms
• Revised room capacity limits in our hotel room in accordance with government regulations on safe distancing

You will be protected from the moment you arrive, with mandatory temperature taking, contact tracing measures, air purifiers, regular disinfection of high-touch areas, and social distancing measures. All members of our front-of-house staff wear surgical masks. Guests must also fill out health declaration forms. 

Enhanced Cleaning Protocols & Housekeeping Service

Several improvements have been made to our cleaning procedures. These are some examples:

• Improved Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in high-traffic areas such as restrooms, walkways and lobby areas, and we have installed more hand sanitizing stations.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Members of our front-of-house staff will wear PPE (e.g., face masks, gloves, etc.) depending on the activities they are performing and the direction provided by local authorities. Temperature checks are performed on all vendors and employees who enter the building.
• In-Room Amenities: All guest rooms are equipped with a complimentary sanitation kit that includes a hand sanitizer and a face mask.
• Room Cleaning: Prior to your arrival, each guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Our housekeeping protocols adhere to the SG Clean Quality Mark and CUBE’s Commitment to Clean standards, which include thorough cleaning and disinfection of high-touch points in the room such as light switches, phone handsets, air conditioning controls, and TV remotes.To minimise contact, guests can opt out of daily housekeeping services.
